What does same day dispatch mean?

** If your order is placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday, we guarantee we will dispatch your order the same day. this excludes weekends, QLD public holidays, Christmas trading hours and out of stock items. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

 

What is Authority To Leave (ATL)?

Shop4Pets understands that it can be difficult to be available for every delivery and it is not always convenient to collect items yourself if the courier has missed you.

  • If you are NOT going to be at home at the time of your delivery please tick the Authority To Leave (ATL) section. 
  • If the box remains unticked your parcel will be returned to us and you may be required to pay an additional fee for a second delivery.

It is important to note that by choosing to have your goods left without a signature, you are waiving any rights you may have been entitled to with a personal delivery. Shop4Pets and our courier cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage that occurs after the item has been delivered.

 

Can I send items to multiple addresses?

Only one delivery address per order will be accepted.

 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You cannot make changes to your order once you have checked out. If you have made an error or have not updated your delivery information, please contact us immediately on service@shop4pets.com.au, and we will attempt to stop the order before it is dispatched and change the incorrect information.

 

How will my order be sent to me?

We use either Australia Post or Border Express for all of our deliveries. Please consider where you will be during business hours as this is when our deliveries occur. If a particular item that you have checked out with on our website shop4pets.com.au is considered to be a bulky product, then we will be in contact with you before we ship out your order if extra freight charges apply. We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.

 

What do I do if I have not received my shipping confirmation?

If you have not received your shipping confirmation after 24 hours, always check your email address under your account to ensure your email is current and spelled correctly. If it is correct and you're still not receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your order.

 

I have received my shipping confirmation but the delivery has not arrived. What do I do?

Your order will take between 1-7 working days to get to you depending on where you are located. This time frame does depend on the dispatch day and the destination address. If your delivery has taken longer than 8 working days please contact us and we will track your delivery for you.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered to me?

Unless in the case of a public holiday, disaster or other incident causing the premises to be closed, please seethe below delivery timeframe:

Remote Deliveries : Up to 2 weeks

 

Australian Metro Delivery Times:

QLD Metro Outer – 1-2 days

NSW Metro Outer – 2 days

Vic Metro Outer -  3 days

SA Metro Outer – 4-7 days

TAS Metro Outer - 4-7 days

WA Metro Outer - 5-8 days

N.T. Metro Outer-  5-8 days

What are the exclusions and conditions on shipping?

Free shipping calculations are based on the total amount payable for your order ( excluding shipping costs ) and may not apply when a discount coupon or voucher has reduced your order total below  the $49.99 threshold required to qualify for free shipping.

If your order contains a bulky item that has been excluded from our shipping or priced options your order will be shipped by a courier of our choice courier based on the size, weight, and number of items you have ordered. Shipping costs for this service can only be viewed on the checkout page prior to placing your order.

*A $20.00 bulk charge delivery fee will come into effect for all remote areas. These are all areas  OUTSIDE of the listed metro zones

Deliveries can only be extended to areas reachable though our chosen carriers and may exclude certain zones or remote locations.  If you are unsure about your location, you may contact us prior to placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable costs.
